Nicholas Higgins

Nicholas studied production and lighting design at WAAPA, coming from a background in the computer industry. He holds ‘triple threat’ qualifications as a lighting designer, photographer and production manager, helping realise projects as diverse as art exhibitions, short films and symphony concerts.

During recent years, he has lit many theatre, puppetry, dance and opera productions, both in Sydney and Perth including Frankenstein and Casanova for the Ensemble, Lotte’s Gift, Inside Out, Noël and Gertie, Biddies, The 13-, 26- and 52-Storey Treehouses for CDP, RU4ME for Riverside Theatres, Poxed for The Tasmanian Theatre Company, and As We Forgive for Tasmania Performs.
